I love the experience of buying from here, I made an online purchase and requested a surprise gift note to be written on each scooter and I was so happy to see the notes when they arrived, my kids loved the note and are enjoying their new scooters. My daughter had another scooter that used to make her fall and trip all the time. Scooter hut scooters are much better and more stable on the ground, my daughter feels confident riding it, knowing that it won't make her trip

Bought Vivid 500 hoverboard. Unfortunately seemed like a bad motherboard batch, as two broke within days of first use. Scooter Hut we’re great however, with no fuss exchanges and eventual upgrade. Staff great to deal with all along.

Very happy with results. Spent hours trying to sort online with both Byrd and scooter hut but best option for a result was face to face. Had to do a 3 hour drive but was worth it for the resolution. Left scooter hut with a better scooter than the Byrd one for a bit more money buts way more user friendly and better stat's. I recommend adding some money to get another scooter if you're thinking of getting a Byrd one.
