Purchased a new E-Glide Mach 10 for a mate after his old scooter was stolen. I already own a Kaabo Mantis which was purchased at another scooter shop, after doing a click and collect order and meeting the guys at Scooter Hut Newtown, this is where I'll be coming back to for my future purchases.
to Allan? (forgive me I'm terrible with names) who was kind enough to assemble the scooter for me in the shop so I could ride it home. Top service!
Also, the Mach 10 is a beast. Highly enjoyable!!

Massimo and Ben were awesome. I was running late for my click and collect after a long drive and I rang and asked if they would mind hanging around after the closing time so I could surprise my son with his new scooter. They were more than happy too. Great job guys. 5 star service!

Mitchell and Bree were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a small issue that was easily fixed by the team hassle free. Bought an E-Scooter and all the servicing and repair services available were explained. As a bonus you get a 24 months warranty if you keep the servicing up to date. Good to know I can have my scooter looked after by experts.

I had a great experience with a lovely lady named Sarah. She was very patient and helpful with all my anxiety I had. Sarah ensured I was able to get my scooter there and then and it only took an hour to build and buy the scooter. She was open and honest about which one I shouldn’t buy and gave proper recommendations. I felt better about my purchase after speaking with her. Thank you so much!!!
