I have purchased two Kaaboo Mantis Pro's in the last 12 months, in both instances I approached Scooter Hut in Cannington but chose to purchase elsewhere as their service over the phone was poor, e.g. wouldn't allow a test ride prior to spending $3,000 for an electric scooter and showed no flexibility to find a solution when I purchased my first one, and when buying one for my son, wouldn't price match a competitor....$300 difference. So they lost out on approx. $6,000 in sales. However I gave them a chance to service my scooter when another local company I had previously used, delivered poor service. I initially enquired if they had parts in stock, which they did and they confirmed they could service and get back to me by Wed if I dropped off on Sat. When I went to the store, I asked if the person servicing the scooter had worked on a Kaaboo Mantis Pro previously, turns out Aaron who served me was the mechanic, had serviced many Kaabo's previously and in fact had one himself and completely re-built his. Well on Monday afternoon I got a call to say my Scooter was ready to pick up...its perfect...well done, your service for Servicing Kaabo's is excellent...thank you Aaron

Ive worked in retail for 35 years and primarily in Parramatta in independent owned shops..myself i owned a Record Shop.. I rang Joel..at Scooter Hut..this morning for advice for 11 year old son..for a Lockdown present So my son and i spoke to Joel.. He gave us advice and options.. The phones were going nuts.. I didnt waste time with stupid questions as they were flat chat.. We will take it And yes last one was display model.. Joel thought i might go Oh No.. He serviced it..there while juggling calls, invoices etc.. My son gave me a massive hug because he didnt know i was taking him there.. Told Stewart Manager.. Joel was great And it was his 1st day back Get home and son says he is " Stoked" People ignore last review posted with 1 star These guys didnt deserve it The 1 star reviewer sound like a complete .......! Im sick of 1 star reviwers making small businesses write apologies.. You are better off without those people and especially when people are tyre kicking on the phone.. Remember 35 years i serviced the public.. If you didnt get the answer you want. Move on and find another business Thats the problem with Google reviews It gives knuckleheads a voice I will recommend Scooter Hut PARRAMATTA, To all my School Parent Friends As Im a Stay Home Dad now Good on you Joel and the rest of staff You were all under the pump..just doing their job.. And Sales Managers stop kissing a.., for 1 star reviewers.. And reward your staff for their hard work, as most satisfied customers dont leave reviews.. They will be returning customers But I wanted to point out 1 star reviewers should be ignored if most reviews are above 3 Thanks guys KEVY..

These guys know their stuff. My family and I went to this place to purchase our first set of scooters and we were advised on the best ones for us and the family. We were looked after very well by the team led by Stu and no question was too hard for them. In fact, we even got a better model than the original ones were looking for I will definitely come back again to these guys for my next scooter purchase. Do yourself a favour and don't go anywhere else.

I want to express how fantastic the service at scooterhut fairfield was today, in these very very hard lockdown times most stores just cant or wont help you. Massimo and Caleb were extremely helpful today and gave me some great advice on which scooter to get for my daughters. I cant wait to visit the store in person.

Wonderful crew to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. They'll have your back on service and repairs. A lot of people ask me about having a E Scooter, I love my G 60 but I tell them go to Scooter Hut, they will fit you to the best choice. NEVER buy a Scooter online..you'll regret not having a great team ready to help..and you will need help. Thanks BJ, Brendan, Emily and Chris, you guys ROCK.
