They certainly know what they're talking about. The young guy with black and red hair asked me what I needed and showed me some really good options for range, weight and charging times. He explained all of the functions and servicing. They also put together my son's scooter and tolerated him while he terrorised the store and other customers

Bought a scooter online and called the store for some advice, the guy that answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. Then when we went in store to pick up the scooter, the girl that helped us with the order also gave us advice and was really welcoming and extremely helpful. It was an easy process and the scooter is fantastic. I almost want to buy a scooter for myself now haha. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I have bought 3 eScooters from Adam. One of which had a fault develop that they couldn't fix. I went back apprehensive and nervous seeking a refund/credit However Adam's attitude and response was so good that we ended up spending an extra $1100 on another new E scooter.
