Amazing service! The scooter I bought via the online store wasn’t working, I called ahead to to Cannington store and they told me to come in.
On arrival they helped me get it out my car, did a quick check and sorted out an online refund. So helpful! So friendly!

I haven't been in the store myself, but I experienced impeccable customer service over the phone. I was having trouble with my scooter that I'd bought online and called to get some assistance. After talking to the technician, it turns out it was (and I say this embarrassingly ♂️) a simple user error. I live very far away, so it saved me a lot of time and hassle.

I had a great experience with scooter hut paramatta Stewart and Billy are great guys I was in on the Friday to look at the Mach 10 test rode it as I'm a big fella and wanted to make sure I could and I was very happy with the service I got. I decided that I would purchase the Mach 10on Saturday so I rang the guys asked if they were not to busy to put one together for me and I would come down that day to get it it was ready when i got there and practically walked out the door with it I'm very happy with the service and the product I received I'm a store manager myself and would employ either one of these guys thank you Stewart, billy and scooter hut
