We came in Saturday to the Cannington store to pick my son up a trampoline scooter and to get some new parts for his scooter. Ben assisted us, couldn't have got a better guy and was great with my son.

I had an accident in December that left my scooter damaged in the throttle and the communication between the throttle and the motor damaged too, if it wasn’t for the rough times COVID had put us through I’m sure they would’ve fixed it in no time. Regardless of the length of the fix, these guys are legends. They always looked after me and with good communication we were able to understand what the issue was with the shipping of the parts. I am happy to finally say that my scooter has been fixed and it’s almost as new. If it wasn’t for Scott and the great mechanic they have this fix would’ve taken a lot longer.

Not only low prices, but also awesome service afterwards. I had trouble with my scooter and they helped to get it fixed free of charge under warranty. Then my scooter breaks develope a problem and they fixed it in half an hour for only $30. I'll definitely buy me next scooter here. Highly recommendable products and services!!!

Called up scooter hut in relations to buying my first ever electric scooter, walked in was greeted by female employee (Can't remember name, think it was Leah). Informed her i had called up the previous day about my interest/purchase of electric scooter. Staff were polite and knew there information about each electric scooter and what would be recommended for me to buy. I drove from west side of Melbourne (Sunshine North) all the way down to Malvern East, was 100% worth it and happy to say the $4,000 purchase of the Kaboo Wolf Warrior X PRO was worth it and would like to say thank you for staff member who helped set up scooter for me in store (Cant remember name because as of writing this review i am full of adrenaline because just took electric scooter for is cherry pop run and it is GORGOUES.

Absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, extremely helpfully and they don't rip you off. They give you options as well as going over and above to help you out. If you have a child into scootering or even if you are somewhere in between you should definitely see these guy's.
