I ordered bars and when they came they sent me the wrong size, i was given standard instead of oversized bars and when i emailed them about the issue and a photo of the bar diametre, they after a couple emails they stopped responding to me. (I was not being rude/disrespectful). I was stuck with incompatible parts and now i can't ride my scooter, i decided to give them some time to respond but it has been almost 2 weeks since my last email. and now i don't think they are going to help me:(

Amazing service here by Chris and Brendan. Purchased our first E-Scooter and was very grateful for the time spent by Brendan to explain everything and provide all the details on our scooter. Strongly recommend going in-store to purchase rather than buying online as staff are able to answer any questions and will even assemble for you. Good to know we are in good hands for any future servicing or repairs.

I just had the most amazing customer service. On the night before Christmas Eve I ordered 2 different package deals for scooter parts and wheels to make a complete scooter for my Grandsons present. I contacted customer service to see if I was able to collect this on xmas eve somehow and Adam rang me the very next morning to arrange pick up from their warehouse, I received a call from a lovely young man named Jai?? he explained that they were closing at 2pm and when I said I wouldnt be able to make it by that time he took the initiative to deliver it in his own time to the Robina store so I could collect it, this was well above his workplace duties and I would like to commend him for this amazing customer service, my Grandson was one happy teenager xmas day because of this and I think this service needs to be acknowledged by Scooter Hut, this was my first purchase with your company and I am one happy customer who will always purchase my Grandkids scooter parts from you.
