Our kids fight over having a turn on this scooter as it’s pretty awesome and much better quality than the previous scooter out son had. We purchased it for our eldest child’s birthday which he was ecstatic about. However, only 3 weeks in and the scooter is making a constant clicking sound whilst riding. We’ve only taken it out a handful of times so I’m very disappointed as it’s not a cheap purchase to have this happen after such a short time

Fantastic service at the scooter hut today. Josh went above and beyond to help us. My daughters scooter is now so much better. She has learnt about maintenance and Josh spoke to her on an equal level, which is a skill in itself, as most find it difficult to talk to kids at a level they understand and respond to. I was very impressed. Also great customer service from Thomas (on his first day), who was very patient with us and gave great advice. We will definitely be back.

Big thankyou to scooter hut team, I pre-ordered a "Kaabo Skywalker 8S" a few months back and I just received it today and I am a very happy customer I know nothing about electric scooters at the time but I picked up a new hobby during covid and I'm glad scooter hut provided that experience for me, however there was a delay in the shipping but that is totally understandable during covid lock down but the scooter hut team kept me updated with the shipment progress and were very polite and nice to talk too, so big thank you again scooter hut team, excellent customer service and great job!
