Our kids fight over having a turn on this scooter as it’s pretty awesome and much better quality than the previous scooter out son had. We purchased it for our eldest child’s birthday which he was ecstatic about. However, only 3 weeks in and the scooter is making a constant clicking sound whilst riding. We’ve only taken it out a handful of times so I’m very disappointed as it’s not a cheap purchase to have this happen after such a short time

Fantastic service at the scooter hut today. Josh went above and beyond to help us. My daughters scooter is now so much better. She has learnt about maintenance and Josh spoke to her on an equal level, which is a skill in itself, as most find it difficult to talk to kids at a level they understand and respond to. I was very impressed. Also great customer service from Thomas (on his first day), who was very patient with us and gave great advice. We will definitely be back.
