Help over the phone was fantastic as I was unsure what sort of scooters to purchase for my grandson's birthday. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and then I was able to buy the scooters without going into the store as I had a broken foot at the time. The staff emailed me details promptly and I found that if they said they were going to do something they did !!! Both scooters delivered quickly and without incident and are fantastic and perfect for my 5 year old twin grandsons. They just love them. I will be back to Scooter Hut Brisbane City for Xmas !!!!

Have purchased a couple of Ninebot Max's for my partner and me from here. Got great customer service both times and the pricing is competitive as well. Just pre-ordered the Wolf Warrior 11 as we enjoy the Max's so much we also wanted something that can go off pavement.

My 10 year old son and I have attended this store 3 times over the last 3 weeks. I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The staff took the time to engage with my son and impart knowledge and foster his love of the sport. Yesterday in particular I was blown away by the service we received! I do not recall the names of either of the staff but both should be commended on their commitment to their role and the impact they have on young people interested in the sport. I can not recommend the store highly enough and will definitely be back for all our scooter needs in future.
