Have purchased a couple of Ninebot Max's for my partner and me from here. Got great customer service both times and the pricing is competitive as well. Just pre-ordered the Wolf Warrior 11 as we enjoy the Max's so much we also wanted something that can go off pavement.

My 10 year old son and I have attended this store 3 times over the last 3 weeks. I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The staff took the time to engage with my son and impart knowledge and foster his love of the sport. Yesterday in particular I was blown away by the service we received! I do not recall the names of either of the staff but both should be commended on their commitment to their role and the impact they have on young people interested in the sport. I can not recommend the store highly enough and will definitely be back for all our scooter needs in future.

Was Served by Billy on Saturday 19/9/2020 at the Parramatta Store. He had great advice and helped us with re-vamping my Son's Scooter. Installed all the upgrades skillfully and enaged us providing excelptional service. I was thoroughly impressed. My son was the customer, I was just the wallet! But he tended to both our needs perfectly. Really enjoyed the experience and my Son is super happy with his upgraded scooter. We will definitey be back. Thanks Billy!

Great service team, we bought a new scooter through you guys and just mentioned it was a birthday gift for our son. When he opened it up you had placed extra gifts inside with a personalised Happy Birthday note. Super awesome effort can’t recommend you enough.
