The customer service was outstanding. I took my two young boys to purchase their first “proper” scooters to use at the local skate park. Adam who served us was extremely friendly, focused solely on the kids and what would best suit them and was also full of knowledge. He put the scooters together with all of us present and Thoroughly explained how and what is was he was doing. The whole process was very easy and Adam provided outstanding customer service. Definitely recommend

I was in a dilemma. I needed to source a scooter deck Envy S8 Black Park model. Scooter Hut in Brisbane managed to locate the last one in the store at Springwood. Daniel at Springwood was only too happy to locate the item and post it to Western Australia for me. Amazing! Bought Kaabo Mantis 8 from Cannington Perth. Staff very helpful and customer orientated and they now have a very helpful mechanic to sort out any issues - had a problem with the scooter (my fault) and they sorted it quickly

One thing I had issues with was the variety of different sizes of scooters; long handle bars/short, less width for feet/more width. I was hoping there would be more of a standard because I actually wanted a different colour from the $199.95 range but i noticed that specifics were different and I had no idea how that would affect usage.
