After reading and researching electric scooters in the time of Covid-19, I bought an EGlide scooter nearly 4 weeks ago from Scooter Hut and was served by young Lachie, who was absolutely awesome! He was kind and understanding (I'm of an older generation), and made me feel at ease and he was absolutely correct - my scooter choice is perfect for my 5km commute to and from work. I ride on the footpath, and the built in lights are bright for that commute home in the dark. Makes me look forward to going to work each day. Scooter Hut's professionalism in customer service was accurate and brilliant. They offer follow-up services and provide a book - just like for car services. All their staff are scooter riders and are passionate about scooters and scooter safety. My first service is this Saturday - I hope Lachie is working so I can thank him in person. Awesome experience!
