Excellent service from start to finish purchasing a Triumph after a long break from biking. Every member of staff i came across was friendly and approachable making me feel comfortable. James was my main point of contact and kept me well updated. He went above and beyond to source a part i wanted which wasn't available for immediate order from another dealer.

Was very impressed with the helpful, friendly team at Youles Blackburn when I had a minor issue with my gsxs1000 GT last year, so decided to try them for my big 15000 mile service. The service received was faultless, from booking the service itself, dropping the bike off, collection and being given a detailed explanation on the work undertaken. I've been made to feel very welcome and valued both times I have been there, even though I did not buy my bike from them (although in hindsight I wish I had!). I bought my Thruxton in 24 and the customer service I received throughout the process was fantastic.
Having taken my bike back for its annual service and several mods the team have been absolutely excellent each time.
A special mention to a few key people, Anna who is a joy to speak to on the phone and nothing is ever too much trouble for her.
Andy who is incredibly knowledgeable and provided detailed and fast quotations for the work required.
But Danny in the workshop went above and beyond to complete the work on my bike to the highest standards.
Despite several unusual & complicated modifications he has worked tirelessly to create a very special bike.
I’ll always bring my bike to Triumph Blackburn for future work and constantly recommend them at the bike meet ups.
