A vibrant & dynamic team. Any one can sell you something that you wish for, although it's the aftercare professionalism that we rejoice in. Youles is all about the Dream ( not sure that one wishes to wake up from ) honourable is the most important point of which they uphold. In order of assistance Josh ( sales ) Gary ( manager ) Hayden ( service dept ( very informative & patient ) plus the other individuals that met although unaware of their names. One is taken lost in the Dream of things ~ Obrigardes

Called Manchester branch today to have some warranty work carried out on both my wife's bike and my own. On entering we were greeted by staff members, registered at the service desk, bikes booked in helmets stored keys deposited. Looking around the showroom every staff member engaged with us. Coffee and soft drinks provided a great experience, well done to all the staff.

I live in Devon and purchased an almost new T120, not being able to view the bike in person due to the distance I was given various videos and emails during the buying purchase. The price was right and the condition was perfect. The bike came serviced FOC and with a full tank of fuel.
