Youles Triumph Blackburn are a pleasure to deal with - nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Andy who we dealt with really knew his stuff and was more than accommodating with assisting one of our customers with an on going electrical gremlin . He made a few calls to Triumph to see if they could sort a repair solution out for our customer who was new to Triumph ownership an not known to them - as the bike originally came from Triumph Glasgow. Youles did the right thing on behalf of Triumph by replacing a wiring loom which was faulty but not officially recalled - saving our customer ££££'s. We dropped the bike off on Wednesday & collected Friday. What more could you ask! Top service by a dedicated team. There level of customer service is exceptional & second to none! Keep doing what your doing guys

Excellent friendly welcome and customer support from the service team on 21 November. Thick ice meant I couldn't leave home on time for booked service on my Triumph Sprint. I finally arrived 5 hours late asking to leave the bike till whenever they could fit it in. A quick check by Chris, with technicians and they could still get it done. I enjoyed a pleasant time exploring new and used models with Jason and Adam and by 3.45 the job was done. But as snow was starting to fall Nathan offered the opportunity to leave the bike if I wanted. I decide to go for it and technician Luke didn't just push it out to the slightly snowy door, but all the way down to the road. Wet ride home the worst part of an excellent experience with Youles.

Bought my new bike a Triumph Trident 660 from here and l can only say it was possibly the best experience from anywhere I've purchased a bike from. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, even allowing my two dogs in! Josh was my salesman and he was always checking in with me keeping me updated until I went to collect. That process was seamless and such a great handover going over the bikes display controls, setting the info up l wanted and even helping setting up my mirrors. Special mention to Gary who introduced me to my bike the day l first viewed. All in all l couldn't recommend this dealership highly enough

First class triumph dealership loads of bikes and accessories, free coffee and advice from well informed staff. It's a great place to spend an hour just looking at the new and used motorbikes. I have bought four new bikes here over the years and the service has always been first class. Great for bike servicing for all makes especially Triumph, clothing and accessories too.

Josh was great! He could not do enough for you. The whole experience of buying a motorcycle online was so much easier than expected. I purchased a triumph street triple 675 and couldn’t have been happy with the service. Had a difficult situation surrounding my current bike but I had Jordan helping me through it all. Jordan did more than necessary in order to help me with everything and even after purchase of the bike helping me with things that I needed. Definitely recommend.
