First time here. Phoned up for urgent MOT and spoke to lovely Anna who fitted me in straight away same day. Friendly, welcoming and beverages available while you await! Excellent customer service. Plus you can kill time checking out the showroom full of cool bikes. PS - My bike passed its MOT with flying colours too!

Firstly, I spotted a very well presented Speed Triple 1050R on the Youles website whilst browsing on a Sunday morning. So I popped a quick email containing photos and details of my bike asking for some figures for a possible trade in. I had a quick, no nonsense response from Jordan who cut to the chase and provided a strong offer (subject to viewing/test ride). Jordan backed up the website images with additional personalised photos and some background about the bike. He didn’t put any pressure on and gave me space to think. Decision made circa 5am on Monday morning, so I utilised the deposit option on the website and secure my new bike. Email received from Jordan (even on his day off) and a call from his colleague to confirm the deposit had been received. Call from Jordan to finalise some details and explain what happens next (service and MOT planned in with the workshop) and a handover date set. Great communication throughout from Jordan including MOT, service book, and printouts sent via WhatsApp. Fast forward to handover day, email confirming times etc received and then the big reveal…wow..bike was in pride of place in the showroom with a personalised message on the handle bars (nice touch). Handover was great, paperwork was already prepared so we could focus more on the bike and less at the desk. Great guy and so easy to deal with. Would highly recommend contacting Jordan for your next bike. Easy 5 stars. Top job.

We bought a bike from here two weeks ago with incredible 5* service from Jordan our salesman who looked after us faultlessly and after many testing questions from us was also supported brilliantly by Rob his sales manager and together made a superb team. We left very happy that afternoon, riding away on our new bike and without questions will be returning .

I visited here last week with my better half Mark as we had seen a kawasaki versys advertised on autotrader. We spoke to Jordan who had moved the bike to one side as we were travelling from North Wales. From start to finish our experience was 5 star They even arranged for us to take the bike home the same day!! Jordan and Rob the manager were spot on, friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

Visited today to view 3 bikes with a view to a purchase. Was greeted warmly and provided with a brew. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and each bike was moved for easy access for a sit on. When we were done, and we're ready to leave for deliberation elsewhere, one of our bikes would not start.... Totally no responce from the ignition. Alarm was working fine, but no dash lights, no lights, no ignition etc.... Dead... The lads from Youles offered help, and provided ice cold drinks (was 27°C outside).... Luckily, this particular bike was under a warranty and included breakdown cover. That, however, would take 90 minutes to get there.... We waited. A call came saying another 1.5 hours.... We suggested walking up to McDonald's nearby. The lads from Youles offered us to put our bikes in a locked compound and leave our leathers n lids there while we went. Shortly after, recovery turned up, but were unwilling to take the bike til Monday. Youles offered to allow us to leave it inside their workshop, safe, until it was collected. We thanked them, then left two up on the other bikes to leave this to the recovery crew tomorrow. We offer our deepest gratitude and thanks to all the staff at Youles Motorcycles Manchester for the outstanding customer service, and the above and beyond help for a stranded Biker. Top blokes....... This place deserves recognition.

Visited today to view a few bikes with a view to part ex mine. All staff were friendly, down to earth and helpful - infact, nothing was too much trouble. Made us a hot drink on arrival and moved the bikes out of line for me to make trying them for size much easier. I had some decisions to make so left with a view to thinking it all over and return for a test ride at a later date. Fate had other plans however as my bike refused to start. One of the staff, Rob, saw us waiting outside for the recovery truck and offered us cold drinks and to sit and wait inside where there was aircon (it was a very hot day). When the recovery truck hadn’t arrived and we decided to head for something to eat whilst we waited, Youles staff let us leave our jackets and lids with them for safe keeping and let us put our bikes in the compound whilst we were away. Then, when recovery arrived and there was no overnight storage, they very kindly allowed me to leave my bike with them for collection the next morning (this happened on a Sunday - typical!). Talk about going above and beyond for their customers and I haven’t even bought a bike from them (yet). I really can’t recommend these guys enough and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them. No overbearing sales people, down to earth, friendly, helpful and genuine. If you’re after a bike, get yourself down to Youles motorcycles in Manchester. Thanks again Rob and team for your exceptional customer service, much appreciated!

BMW F800GT I purchased this amazing bike from Youles and wow what can I say!!! My sales advisor was Jonny who was 1st class from the off, keeping in touch with me through WhatsApp from the beginning to handover. On the day of handover I met Jonny with a handshake then do you want a tea/coffee, very welcoming to say the least. He then showed me the bike which again had a personalised message with my name on it (a nice touch) then went through the paperwork etc. Wasn’t sure if I was going to ride back home to showery Scotland or it would fit in the van I brought with me but luckily it went in the van with ease (nice one) thanks from Jonny’s help. I would like to thank Jonny and his team at Youles for such a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate in recommending Youles for purchasing your next motorcycle. Keep up the good work guys.
