I needed work done but I wasn't sure if it would be covered under warranty. I called and spoke to Kim. She was extremely helpful and honest. Asked me to forward a photo. I did so and was contacted by Helen. Great news. The work would be carried out free of charge. Irrespective of the outcome, the customer service, friendliness and professionalism was outstanding. I really appreciated their helpfulness throughout. I love this dealership.

Great customer service from Kim in Manchester who handled some accessory requests for my bike. I gave her my requitements and within 15 minutes she called me back with all the information I needed and quickly got me booked in. Very personable and very efficient service from Kim. Hayden- what an amazing asset this man is to the Triumph team. Pleaase consider him for a promotion/rise. I came in to get my bike checked out, he answered all my questions with enthusiasm and deep knowledge. Very professional, yet down to earth. I didn't feel pressured to pursuit anything, I was encouraged to make educated decisions so what I wanted would suit me.
Also, I ended up getting a luggage bag after explaining that my roadster doesn't seem to work well with any luggage. He found the perfect bag, mounted it on for me and explained, step-by-step, how to mount it. He took the problem, as if it was his own, and really helped me out. I am over the moon with the bag!
The customer service from other staff on Tuesday was impeccable, I love this place.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure on sales and happy to come to work out a deal. Had a bit of a nightmare sorting insurance after the sale and the staff jumped right in to help. Excellent experience.

One of the better motorcycle dealers ( the Triumph part anyway). Enthusiastic, friendly, well informed staff. Nice 'while you wait' area with free coffee or soft drinks if in for the workshops. Certainly a big step up from the majority of dealers that appear to have regressed back to 1970's levels of customer service. When it comes to it, I will almost certainly be purchasing another motorcycle from this dealer.

Really welcoming first visit to Youles for my first visit, rode from Ormskirk to Blackburn in stormy wind & rain, arrived soaking wet & cold, but Paul Threlfall made me a cuppa, and I soon warmed up and felt at home. Spotted the new version of incredible looking 'Rally Explorer' 1200 (shaft driven) on display on offer and wanted one...so put down a deposit on a second hand used version -special green - 2022 registered, with only 2500 miles on clock and with plenty of its remaining 3 year original warranty still on it still; looked stunning, in good nic, with its white trelis frame, spoked wheels, it had been their demo bike. I've got the luggage system with it and scrolling indicators. Rode back home in the rain all excited about new bike and will return after Xmas to pick it up, once its been in workshop and I've sorted my PCP. Great deal, very happy. Highly recommend this business, enjoyed my flying visit. Nick

just had the 20000 mile service on my scrambler 1200 . Youles had done a excellent job and i did not pick up the bike for another week because of the bad weather and they stored it for me. They provided pictures of the bike all stripped down and the vales being inspected , head stock stripped down and greased . Excellent job well done and well worth the money.

I've found Youles great to deal with, from first contact they were helpful and not at all pushy. Got a good deal which was handled efficiently. A few weeks later I've had reason to call in on spec to get something checked, and the service dept dealt with it immediately while I was given a nice coffee and looked round their well stocked showroom. I was back on the road in 30 minutes.

I'm now on my second bike from this dealer and have travelled from Lincolnshire, which is worth the travelling as they treat you really well, swift change over of vehicles with no fuss, James kept me informed all he way through the process and the lifetime warranty offered is a great peace of mind, highly recommend.

The teams at both the Triumph and Honda dealerships are very helpful and knowledgeable. I took my Honda for appraisal and a diagnostic. both Kevin and Adam in the Honda service department were really professional and very helpful. They diagnosed a problem and did not charge me the earth to sort it out. Jordan in the Triumph dealership was also very good and a deal was done to trade in my Honda for another used bike. I will definitely be back in a year or so when I have made up my mind which model of the vast range of Triumph bikes is best for me.
