Where to start - even while in a wheelchair with a broken leg, Jonny is still one of the nicest and professional sales people I've ever dealt with! I've just ridden my brand new Bonneville T120 Chrome Edition home, and it's absolutely perfect. Jonny was amazing - dealt with my part-ex, ordered the extras I wanted on my new Bonnie, and sorted everything out quickly. My missus wanted to bring him a bottle of something to say thank you, but I spent the money on a sump plate and centre stand (sorry Jonny!). Would highly recommend!

I didn't buy anything from Youles, I went with a friend who did. It was easy to find amd a nice big car park. As a bystander and could see that the staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. The showroom was spotless and they had a great range of bikes. A few I liked a lot, particularly the Rocket 3. Everything went to an for my friend and we loaded up his new to him bike in the van and set of back home happy. Thanks guys for the services and interaction.

What an excellent service from Youles Manchester, Jordan was absolutely brilliant viewed bike on line Jordan sent several extra photos that i asked for, paperwork sorted and delivery arranged with a company they recommended small charge for delivery as I am 280mls away. True to his word outstanding bike and with a free lifetime warranty if serviced at Youles now that is brilliant. One very happy customer and highly recommended Youles, nearly forgot a thank you to Haydn also for sorting a small problem out awesome ty.....
