I went into Youles motorcycles this morning to get help with fitting a Sena Comms unit and recently purchased new cheek pads from Youles. I was greeted by Vanessa ,Aidan and Sam at the reception who were immediately attentive. Vanessa took on the task, firstly she asked if I wanted to get a coffee while she got on with the task in hand. Her diligence and expertise shone through again this morning, not only did my new helmet get sorted properly, at each stage of installing the Comms system Vanessa explained what she was doing, how things worked and what to do if I needed to sort anything myself. She also explained, demonstrated and fitted a new Pinlock to my Shoei Helmet. The outstanding service and professionalism here is awesome and Youles staff set an exceptional standard of customer service. Vanessa thank you for your professionalism, expertise and patience, your diligence and support to your customers reconfirms that Youles remain the Premier motorcycle dealership in Greater Manchester by some distance.

I wanted to buy from a local company and Jason made me glad I did. I only thought they sold motorcycles, but when I heard from Adam that they were also Vespa dealer I headed over to Blackburn. I’m now the happy owner of a 125 GTS Supersport. Jason kept me in the loop during the period of waiting and he has called me a couple of times since to check if everything is ok. I received excellent customer service and am happy to recommend Jason & the company.

Fantastic dealer! Recently bought a used Triumph and Jon was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I don't live close to Blackburn so it was a bit of a trip to collect a bike I'd never seen in person but what can I say, it was in immaculate condition and I couldn't be happier. Jon and all the staff I met where friendly, professional and passionate about motorbikes! Highly recommend!

Went to Youles for the launch of a new motorcycle. The staff are very, very helpful and not in the slightest bit pushy for sales. The shop, display and choice of vehicles is very comprehensive. I WILL be going there later in the year to purchase my next motorcycle. Can't praise the shop enough on the sales side and will no doubt be happy with the service side of the business when I get my bike!

I suffer from anxiety and depression. I don't get along with Sales Men.
So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, 1st time in my 47years on this earth, I haven't walked out of a shop.
All the staff are fantastic, this isn't your normal flog you a bike and kick you out.
There workshops are as clean and professional as there sales room.

I dealt with 'Johnny' and recommend before you put your hard-earned cash down on any motorbike from any other dealer, you at least pay these guy's a visit first.
They don't charge for you to look round.

I purchased my 2019 Triumph Scrambler 1200 from Youles last year. I never went to the showroom to see the bike but when it was delivered I could not have been happier - it was exactly as described. I recently took my bike for its annual service, there was ice and snow still on the ground, but I managed to get the bike there. Taking advantage of the 20% winter discount. Soon as i arrived, one of the sales team made me a coffee to warm up. The roads near Youles were pretty icy so the team suggested I leave the bike till the following day when the forecast was better and some ice may have melted.
When I returned the day after, the ice was still bad so they loaded my bike into the van and drove it to the main road, which had been gritted and was clear. The whole team went above and beyond, which is why I would never go anywhere else! The staff are a real credit to Youles.

Learnt a valuable life lesson. I bought a brand new bike from another dealer to save a few pounds, the dealer supplied me a faulty unsafe bike, then would take no action to help me with it, I spoke to the manufacturer to get assistance supplying dealer but still no assistance. Then Youles stepped up sorted the bike out with no fuss in a timely manner..... Fantastic service from Andy and his team. My life lesson is purchase from the best dealers with good honest people.... Highly recommended! I bought my used Harley Davidson back from Youles Blackburn in July after watching a video walkthrough quickly sent to me from their salesman Jason. I have done about 1000 miles on it since purchase and unfortunately the rear wheel bearing collapsed on me. I contacted Youles about the incident and the team really impressed me with their after sales support. The wheel was repaired quickly under warranty with no quibble or fuss! Many thanks to Anna, Andy and Mick for their professionalism and friendly service. I would tell anyone to buy their next bike from these guys. Thank you.
