The service from Youles and Jonny in particular has been excellent. Supply issues at the factory meant a six month wait for my new Tiger but it was worth it and I was kept regularly updated by Jonny. I am looking forward to now putting some miles on the new bike!

I purchased a new Triumph Tiger 900 GT PRO.
From the start Jason kept me updated on the progress of the bike,and when I went to collect the process was clear and simple,
The weather was raining very hard so Jason sprayed water protection sealer on the bike to protect it until I got home,two days later i received a call from Jason to see if everything was ok. I would definitely purchase from Youles again.

Purchased a brand new Piaggio MP3 500 HPE Sport Advanced via just telephone calls to Paul who provided prompt video, photos and documentation via text and email. Hassle free purchasing process and nothing was too much trouble. Collected the bike a week or so later and travelled the 110 or so miles and stayed over in our motorhome. Took the bike for a few rides whilst staying over and developed a coolant leak with the shop about to close in the next hour or so. Called Youles and was promptly put back in contact with Paul, who without quibble, arranged for me to come in and sorted the mechanics into quickly having a look. They in turn promptly identified the issue and fixed it when they were due to go off in the next half hour. All in all an excellent experience from start to finish with all at Youles. I have additionally got peace of mind that they are there to assist if any further issues arise and would highly recommend them to all based on my experiences thus far. Thanks Paul and all at Youles.

Excellent service, Really easy to deal with and very welcoming without any pressure selling. Jonny the sales rep couldn't have been any more thorough with photos and whatsapp videos. Open and honest all the way to collection. The bike we bought was a used Honda as a first bike for my wife, It was prepared and presented to a really high standard. Thanks to Jonny and all the team. I was coming over from my home in France on my Trophy. I called Youles beforehand to see if I could book it in for the 20,000 (expensive) mile service. To cut a long story short I couldn't be happier with the team at Youles and the work they did on the bike. They kept me informed of needed work as they found it and the bill was a little less than I had feared. Totally recommend them to all fellow Triumph riders.
