Not experienced customer service like this for decades. Booked my Suzy for a service and was greeted by the wonderful Anna who looked after me like I was a valued returning customer. Although, the reality was that this was my first visit. I settled in, enjoyed a coffee and watched the new bike videos from the comfort of one of the armchairs on the mezzanine. Chatted to a number of friendly bikers roaming the showroom and the estimated 2 hours absolutely flew. I was then taken in to meet Danny who was the technician who looked after my sweetheart, she was sparkling like a diamond and not only had Danny fettled a few niggly bits and bats but he also sorted the dash which was slightly askew after an attempted theft. All without charge. My bike was in absolute showroom and I could not have been happier. It's a cracking ride over from Manchester taking in the Grane Road. had to feedback to the Manager Andy about the pure quality of the people at Youles Balckburn. Would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I've had my Tuono V4R APRC delivered this morning. Jason dealt with me from start to finish in a friendly and professional manner throughout the whole process, giving me any info I requested. The bike is spot on and accurately described.
I was a bit unsure about buying from a dealer 150 miles away but Jason put my mind at ease and I can see why Youles Motorcycles have such positive reviews. I will not hesitate in recommending them or buying from them again in the future.

What can I say from start to finish the guys were extremely helpful and very welcoming so much so that I purchased my scooter over the phone after enquiring, I haven't even met them in person Paul, Jason, Rob names and voices I've become very fond of courier service provided by Ian with full update regards to drop off time, thank you all special thanks to Paul for being a true gentleman and always answering my calls thank you for the goodies including the full tank.

What a really friendly bunch working here. Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to help out even though I wasn't buying. Just noted as well they were really respectful to lady bikers and the lady on the desk was very efficient. Great range of bikes in stock with regular updates.

Youles have definitely upped their game, I bought my Tiger 1050 Sport new from them 7 years ago and the last couple of visits for a 24000 mile service and today to resolve a very small issue have been dealt with in an excellent manor by Haydn and Lee.

My experience with Youles and most importantly Jonny, was amazing. He is a credit to his profession! He is very knowledgeable, helpful (even emailing me after hours to keep me updated on the progress), and his passion for motorbike is obvious and contagious. This was my first bike, and I was hesitating between a few models (to say the least) from different brands, so it was nice to deal with a person who could let me know why the Trident I was looking at was an excellent bike without denigrating the competition. Thanks again for all your help and I know I’ll be back when it’s time to upgrade!
