Telephoned with a Triumph Rocket 3 query and couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged a time to see the trike, test drive it, and report back to us whilst we were having a cup of coffee in their upstairs waiting area.
All OK with the trike and no work needed. Excellent service. Mike was great. Well worth a 2 hour round trip. Happily recommend these guys for your bike needs.

My experience with Youles Motorcycles was excellent. My Honda PCX was damaged after being stolen and Youles assessed my vehicle for repair costs. Everyone was very nice and respectful.I felt that my my vehicle was in good hands.
I specifically want to thank Sam for being my point of call during the entire process. He kept me involved throughout and quickly responded to any of my queries . He was very professional and helpful. The same can be said for Ben too, good customer service.

My boyfriend took his Triumph America here, he'd previously been quoted over £1,000 to have work completed on the bike. A friend recommended this place, he was a bit dubious at first with it being a main dealer (price wise) but he was really surprised when they got back to him and it was a fraction of the price. The staff were great, really helpful and he won't be taking the bike anywhere else.
