Great service from the staff at Blackburn. I had lost the sprocket nut off my bike whilst on holiday and was stranded 300 miles from the ferry home. Youles didn't have a new nut in stock so "borrowed" a nut off another bike and fitted it to mine to get me on my way. They couldn't have been more courteous or helpful. Thank you.

Youles Blackburn saved my bacon. Having ridden my Canadian Tiger 800XCx 70,000km through 36 countries I did a cleanup and inspection while in the UK and noticed that my frame had started cracking. A few hours sitting in their showroom and they had gotten on the horn directly with triumph warranty and customer service and heaven knows who else, and had figured out a way to get me a new frame! All the while they're fantastic to chat with, extremely knowledgeable about bikes in general regardless of make and model, and have a great showroom full of fun toys! If you're looking for a bike, or maintenance, or really anything motorcycle related I can't recommend them enough.

A really excellent service and friendly, knowledgable sales team. Jason went above and beyond the call of duty to help me to buy my MP3 500 after being let down by another company. Cannot fault Youles for their attitude towards customer service, and this is the second bike I have bought from there. Should’ve gone there first. Thanks Jason for your help and advice. Anyone thinking about buying a Piaggio scooter (or even lesser vehicles like Triumphs, Suzukis etc) should seriously pay them a visit.

Would like to thank Rob and Dave for there Excellent service chose a bike yesterday online wanted it today asked if it was possible Rob and Dave made it possible put the bike through the workshop fitted new battery, front pads , and front tyre all picked up on 60 point check. Went above and beyond wouldn’t hesitate to buy another bike from them , totally recommend

Customer service absolutely spot on! Came in 2 hours before closing and managed to get my wheel fixed and replaced instantly! Also gave a free used helmet as I had no visor and it was chucking it down with rain. Thank you definitely recommend!!!

What can I say about Youles? Simply phenomenal. I’ve never purchased a brand new bike until 3 years ago and when I did I expected to be treated like a god until the first time I had an issue or needed work doing. Then I expected to be asked kindly just how badly ripped off I’d like to be. This didn’t happen. What happened was 3 years of flawless service, excellent experiences and an almost forgotten way of treating a customer. I’ve had a few warranty issues with my 2016 Explorer but the dealership have been fantastic and always worked hard to ensure my issues were addressed. Will Steel in particular has been a consistent high point for me. I’ve dealt with him pretty much exclusively since I purchased the bike and he has literally bent over backwards to try and make sure I’m taken care of. The people there are friendly, helpful and honest whether the honesty is to give good or bad news. I’m a cynical so and so and I’ve never had reason to doubt the integrity of the staff. Simply wonderful. If only all dealers took care of their customers like this.

If it’s Triumph you like, then it’s Youles Blackburn you want. Great service and competitively priced with friendly knowledgable staff. I’ve had a few teething problems with my Street RS but these guys have come through for me every time. Never a drama with honest answers and quick turn around times. Ridden a few manufacturers now and dealt with various dealerships along the way. Not found a better one than these. They do sell other manufacturers bikes.... but I don’t know why you’d bother with them!

If there was another star it’d be there. From the first interaction of calling the shop for more general info about my bike, I was confident that it would be worth getting any work done here. I spoken to Will and he helped tremendously! The only guy that could actually tell me about the engine and bike itself (A2 Triple)! This meant it had the right service and an ECU update too! This was by no means the closest dealership but it was the best choice! The service was carried out in great manner with amazing customer service from all the service staff, not a mark left on the bike either afterwards. I loved being shown the pics of my service and also having parts explained to me in a patient and understanding way. Long story short... if you have a Triumph get it serviced here. Looking forward to dealing with you guys again :)
