Youles Blackburn saved my bacon. Having ridden my Canadian Tiger 800XCx 70,000km through 36 countries I did a cleanup and inspection while in the UK and noticed that my frame had started cracking. A few hours sitting in their showroom and they had gotten on the horn directly with triumph warranty and customer service and heaven knows who else, and had figured out a way to get me a new frame! All the while they're fantastic to chat with, extremely knowledgeable about bikes in general regardless of make and model, and have a great showroom full of fun toys!
If you're looking for a bike, or maintenance, or really anything motorcycle related I can't recommend them enough.
