A big thank you to Will, Haydon and the team. Took my Tiger Explorer 1200 in for the 'works' in terms of service as it had just clocked 60k miles. As it turned out it needed some additional parts to bring it up to scratch. Will was very informative and clear on price. When I picked the bike up they spent time walking me through everything in detail with loads of photos which I found reassuring. The bike was also spotlessly clean. 5 star service. Thanks again.

We have just bought a Vespa GTS 300 from here. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly staff who offered us a coffee whilst browsing. Jason then showed us and explained in detail the different models without being pushy. He then acted really quickly to get the bike ready for picking up. We are more than happy and will go back to Youles when we have finally decided on which Triumph to get.

I purchased two vehicles from here over the years and there service is excellent and they really do make you feel very welcome like a family - even the mechanics are very good and friendly and always after your bike has been repaired or service then the mechanic comes out with the bike and explains what he has done and gives sound advice. There are plenty of bikes to see and buy or admire, so come over and pay a visit - you will love it

Took my 2014 Trophy for its first 10000 mile service. Excellent customer service from booking it to getting it back cleaned and ready to go. Fantastic communication from Andy, Rob and Mick who are great to deal with and have been very helpful. Their knowledge and experience are second to none.
