My Triumph 1200 XCA developed a gearbox fault and was repaired under warranty by these guys. have to say that after being let down by the Main Triumph spares department, Youles pushed the boat out to get my bike repaired as quick as possible. excellent service once again. shame about the delayed parts from Triumph...

They seem to have a decent amount of triumph parts in stock as opposed to having to order in. Also helpful in identifying a part No. for me and printed out an exploded parts diagram and list for me. I'll definitely be coming back.

I Had my first annual triumph Speed triple R service at Youles Manchester. Very professional outfit, good communication especially from the service manager Will. A few extra jobs needed doing than expected but kept up to date and photos taken and shown to myself that work had been done throughout service. Big thanks to Rob who serviced my bike too, great job . Also thanks to Sam who ordered some replacement warranty parts speedily with great commutation. Highly recommend Thanks lads Alistair

I have buy a thruxton 1200 R and even if I couldn't come to Manchester to have a look at the bike, the customer service was amazing and took the time to give me all details I ask. I dealt with David Eckersall, who was really nice and patient to understand me with my bad french accent! David has organized the trip to bring back to me the motorbike and it was delivered to me in short time. Cherry on the cake was to get a racer kit for free which was not part of the deal, just a gift, really nice! I really recommend Youles motorcycles, I just regret that they are not closer from my home! :)

In the modern world where pack them high and sell them cheap is the norm and business is concluded by a shake of the fin, it is refreshing to find a dealership that personal service is paramount. I have just taken delivery of a Piaggio Beverly 350 st that required adaption to cope with a disability . and such is the quality of the conversion that for the first time in many years , and countless machines i have to the naked eye a bike that looks completely standard .Let it be said that prior to the adaption the unending questions i bombarded Andrew in sales with, would have caused most people to hit the bottle. Despite this he remained unfazed and professional, and could not do enough and i can not thank Rob and his team enough.

Getting my speed triple serviced at Youles, great service, friendly staff and very helpful. They did the last service and the bike came out nice, so expecting the same. As for range of bikes, both new and old available it's excellent, coffee on site and loads of spares and clothing, everything you could want for your biking needs. Two thumbs up

I firstly dealt with Jason from Youles Blackburn who restored my faith in purchasing a prestine used bike from them. From speaking to him on the phone the following day I purchased the bike as it was exactly as he described to me and I was reassured of its history and they offered full guarantees with it down to the smallest bulb on it. After care service is great too with Andy who also clearly cares about his work like Jason. Thanks gents for a great experience turning my negative into a positive.

Dropped my Street Triple in today for its 6k service. Vanessa served me, full of enthusiasm and fun, whilst fully explaining the "regulations" in taking out a T120 for the day whilst mine was in the shop. Unfortunately the rain spoiled a good days riding however when it was time to pick the Triple up Rob explained what had been done and that all was well for another years riding. The team fitted a Skorpion Serket slip on last year along with a tail tidy and i couldn't have been happier with the service. Today i have once again come away with a big smile on my kite! Thanks, AF.
