Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. You can browse without being hassled but the staff are there straight away if you want anything. Buying a bike for the grandson was a really pleasant experience. Just a pity the wife won't let me get the Triumph I saw.

Ok so unfortunately the heated grips weren't working so after another visit to the shop they resolved the problem no messing about no quibbling over price, another excellent experience , my next bike is going to be a triumph and I'd be happy for youles to sell it to me , without a shadow of doubt one of the best if not the best customer focused companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with, thanks.

These guys can't do enough for you. Bought a bike off them. No hassles at all. Had a problem with switch gear. Under warranty. Nip it back in. Took it in. Half hour later rode out with it fixed, chain lubed and they even washed it. That's how service should be.

Now returned to Youles. The response by them to my negative review was a reflection of the professionalism and high standards of the owner and his staff. I was very impressed by the genuine concern expressed by them and handling of my concerns. This resulted in me deciding that Youles are in truth a justifiably first class rated Triumph dealer and anyone looking for a bike or with a problem with their bike should beat a path to their door. You will not be disappointed.
