I have dealt with a lot of motorcycle dealers in my time being a motorcyclist of some 40 years. I feel so strongly regarding Youles motorcycles that I felt I had to write a review regarding their customer service. I personally would not deal with any other motorcycle dealer.
I purchased a 2018 Tiger 800 ( my second new motorcycle from Youles ) which I ordered in November after seeing the bike at the NEC show. I dealt with Steve Butler at Youles Manchester who from taking my initial deposit on day one right up to me riding my new Tiger off the car park was the epitome of customer service. This guy could not do any more to give a hassle free motorcycle purchase.
I have to mention Vanessa also in taking the time with me and my wife to explain the attributes of two new helmets that we are purchasing. Her product knowledge is admirable.
So many thanks to all the staff at Manchester for a trouble free bike purchase and their 1st class service. They all made me feel that nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail is a credit to the Triumph brand. Cheers everyone.

I've purchased many a bike from Youles over the years and found them to be superb each and every time, from my first Daytona 650 to my new Tiger 1200 I have just collected..
The staff there are friendly and helpful every time I go in and I really would strongly recommend them to anyone.
On my particular deal for my new Tiger XCA I dealt with Jason who couldn't do enough for me, we had a particular issue which was out of his control and he did everything he could to ensure I was getting the best deal I possibly could do , when collecting the bike he did a thorough hand over to make sure I was completely happy and everything was as it should be so I could ride away and enjoy my new bike, it was a pleasure to deal with Jason all in all an excellent buying experience from beginning to end.

I recently bought a second hand Triumph Tiger 800 from Youles and traded in my BMW R1150GS. The staff were really helpful, attentive and overall the service I received was excellent. I felt supported and reassured by them in making a purchase I had been working towards for some time.
