I have been extremely impressed with the service provided by Youles Blackburn and have recently completed the purchase of my second bike from them. Royce and Dave dealt with the sale and I have to say that they are two of the most helpful and professional salesmen that you could ever wish to meet. Customer service and satisfaction is obviously a top priority at Youles and you can be confident that the vehicle you receive from them will be of the highest standard. When looking to buy a new bike, the guys at Youles talked me through options on three different vehicles before I finally decided that I had found the right one. At each stage, time was taken to fully explain the pros and cons of the deal and you could tell that they do not pressurise customers into sales and are keen to ensure that people get the right deal for them! When I decided that I was interested in a bike, they arranged for it to be transferred from Manchester to Blackburn so that I could view it at my convenience. In summary, Youles are a fantastic dealership and have a group of knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales people who are passionate about the products that they sell. I have no reason to doubt that the service department will be just as good and I will be putting them to the test in a few months time! Thanks again for everything!
