I had a great buying experience with Jonny looking after everything for me, he even contacted the previous owner to sort something out for me, they they seem to have an endless supply of tea, coffee and Hot Chocolate. Sadly the bike I bought had been through there service centre and everything was ticked of on their work sheet as done or good. So when I got it home I checked the oil level which was ok, however the oil was very dark and therefore needed to be replaced, the oil filter looked old and was pitted but someone at Youles had written the purchase date on it and said filter changed, clearly not. The front tyre was in a sorry state although it would be legal but unsafe to ride on (in the tyre fitters opinion) and that has been changed for a new one, the rear brake pads had about 1mm of pad left on them so they needed to be changed, they also sent the bike out with the wrong registration on it but did send out the correct registration plate as soon as I pointed it out. The reason I have given 4 stars is because once Youles knew about the problems, the service manager called me to apologise and then offered to put everything right. The lesson to take away is that sometimes workshops miss things and I should have checked it over more carefully before leaving the showroom.
