Sadly this clinic seems incapable of administratively dealing with clients. It is essential to keep receipts and check bills , over charging and not registering payments is rife. Then correcting errors goes on for months , not answering emails , not reading emails carefully , it’s impossible to resolve any query .
Very disappointed in the poor practise I have witnessed and I have been a client for 20 years , if they don’t sort themselves out I will be moving practise .
They also bizarrely charge for a blood test then add on an additional amount for someone to perform the test , very odd .

Very caring people. Thank you Dr. Brendan, Phoebe and everyone over there for your kindness toward us and our late cat, Pisagor. My husband and I are sure they did everything they could, acted very quickly, and were very honest about his condition (not pushing for a surgery, biopsy or anything else to earn more). Lighting a candle (with battery) for Pisagor's passing moved us deeply. Once again, thank you.

Had to see one of the vets out of hours (Sunday) to have a grass seed removed from our dog’s ear. Dr Maeve saw us really quickly and was excellent clinically. She had the grass seed out in no time and it was all very painless and stress free for our dog. Brilliant service.

My Weimarener - Caelo - recently had a truly awful accident on the common and needed a lot of stitching up both internally and externally. I had to take him straight from the common to Stone Lion and from the minute we arrived he was well looked after and now two weeks later it is hard to even see where the stitches were. This is due to the excellent work carried out by the vet as an emergency surgery - it was truly outstanding - I am in awe and cannot applaud her highly enough. Very well done to the Stone Lion team! I am extremely grateful.

What a great Vet! We were transfered to Wimbeldon clinic as our dog needed to be sedated and did not have that facility on a Saturday in our local clinic. Sandra, the veterinary practice and all staff were wonderfull. Very professional and caring.

Moving to Wimbledon one of my first priorities was to find a good vet, close to my new place. I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews and speaking to locals however the service I’ve received from Goddards so far has been brilliant. In particular I’d like to thank Brendan for his compassionate and common sense approach towards my dog’s anxiety issues and the reception team who do a great job in a very busy practice.
For the first time in 7 years, my dog no longer shakes/pants when visiting the vet; for me, that says it all.

Can't recommend this place enough! Very happy with all my experiences here. Wether it's my dog, cat or my Hamster, I can trust they will do everything they can for my animals and they are in the best hands. They're great with Humans too! The customer service is second to none. It's not my closest vets but I will always choose to come here. Thank you Goddards.

Everyone at the practice (and also in their Raynes Park branch) are generous with their time, skill and expertise. I can promise that our cat, whom they brought back from the brink would say the same.
