She explained everything, answered my questions and make the whole process so easy. She was fast, efficient and professional. By far, Juanita is the best insurance agent I've had renewing my car insurance. I did everything over the phone and I've just got to pick up the papers because I don't have a printer.
Normally it's the rude folks at a certain mall I'm used to dealing with. This experience was night and day. Looking forward to recommending Juanita to others
