I had a complicated issue with a policy that my car dealership sold me when I bought my car. Much time had passed and there was a lot of research into the past policy and the dates which I had cancelled and subsequent question as to whether I would be compensated. Through no fault of the insurance company or myself, many years had passed. When I reignited the inquiry, Ritesh was extremely helpful in unravelling the history of the claim. I have to praise his diligence and excellent service since a document got lost in the mail which further complicated things. In this day and age, you rarely get this kind of service.
