Brilliant customer service from Brendan and Natalie at the TENTWORLD Prospect store. Had a damaged Fast Frame - corner pole button on our Oztrail Tourer 420 and it was no trouble for them to assist over the phone initially and then face to face in store over the weekend. Thank you for getting us back up and camping. TENTWORLD is our Number 1 family camping supply store...!

We visited twice, the first time spent with Skye, the 2nd with Daniel. Neither could have been nicer, more polite or helpful. We had many questions and both were willing to go through things with us and explain things - we will return to the store for any future camping needs not in any small part because of Skye and Daniel.

Bought a Blackwolf Turbo 300 Plus. I’ve used it 7 or 8 times over the last 2 years and it’s been amazing. Lots of room and super easy to set up. Can be setup on your own... but much easier and quicker with 2 people. I recommend buying some extra guy ropes for the front and spring loading them. Deals with strong winds really really well.
Service was excellent and they have everything else you will need. I did a fair bit of research at the time and there prices were extremely competitive if not the cheapest.

Purchased a fair few things at the Nailsworth store and have had great service and product back up. Purchased a Oz Trail Ezy erect single ensuite about 6months ago. On the 2nd use we encountered some very severe wind which broke 2 legs while trying to pull it down. Tentworld tried to get replacement legs but wasn't able to get any from Oz trail so instead of leaving me with a problem they went above and beyond and replaced the whole thing even though the damage isn't covered under warranty. Very happy with the outcome, definitely a return customer here.

The staff at Tentworld are fantastic. They are down to earth, not overtly trying to sell to you anything, and sincerely there to help you. Prices are between reasonable to excellent, and what stands out about this store is that they only house quality camping products. This is largely because experienced campers and hikers work there and stock the store. I always enjoy connecting with Nat who takes the time to help me out every time.

I experienced exceptional service at Tent World Nailsworth and I'm really happy with my decision to make the purchase I did. I was able to let them know what I was looking for and what I was trying to achieve and they took the time to walk me through the specifications and offer suggestions. They were helpful and patient getting the item into the car, even though officially they were closed, because I mucked up the packaging dimensions and car fit. Without packaging the item fit. Thank you. I love using the items I picked and I use them everyday.

We went to the Prospect SA store today and were very impressed with the high level of amazing customer service we received. The prices are fantastic and very competitive. The nice gentleman at the register offered to carry our purchases out to the car for us and pop them in our boot. Will definitely return in future as they have a great range, good prices and great service.

The specific size tent I was interested in was not set up instore, so the assistant set it up and got the same size stretcher as mine and put it in the tent he had set up to make sure it was exactly what I needed. Hubby and i were looking for a tent for our big family after doing research i found what i wanted and Tentworld had them in stock so took the drive there to buy one and all i can say is the staff were amazing showed me exactly what i wanted took the boxs to the counter. While we looked around and they were only 2 happy to help us. We got what we wanted paid and they came out to the car with the boxs and loaded the car for us as well no fuss at all. We will be back as we have a list we now want. And prices are really well priced as well Thank you for great customer service. Ps tent is amazing and will do the family well

With excellent service, low prices, knowledgeable staff and a good range of products to choose from, this is a great place to shop. I spent about an hour just walking around looking at stuff. They also have a decent selection of military spec gear which I loved.
