Thank you to Brendan, Michael and Trevor for their outstanding service this week. They sourced a spare part for my tent which was over 15 years old. It was too good to throw out in the hard rubbish. Within 30 minutes they erected my tent in the car park and replaced the part for me at no extra cost. More than happy to travel from Glenelg for my future camping purchases. Thanks Fellas.

I recently used the one of the Darchie AD 1100 tents and it was easily a 10/10 product. The tent was extremely comfortable and woke up with 0 pains. The Darchie cold mountain sleeping bag was also super comfortable when I used it along with the tent and was very warm all night. I definitely recommend going to tent world for all your camping needs. Great prices, great products, great people.

The team at Tentworld recently helped me out with a faulty product issue (that I made more complicated). My experience has been second to none. Brendan has been great. His endless patience, willingness to listen, and problem solving have been greatly appreciated. He has kept me up to date on what was happening and what the next step is the entire way.

Gone are the bad old days of spending the entire weekend going from one store to another then having to go back across town to make your purchase.

I called Tent World initially, spoke to Trevor who was very knowledgeable and professional. So, I drove out of my way, to purchase the required gear especially from him. Whilst I was there he spent extra time talking me through various items and components expertly. I noticed that he had to keep racing off to the service desk, he apologised more than once that he had to race to the front of the store. I figured the store was short staffed - hopefully management will read this note. Good people are hard to find, Trevor could deal with some support? Very happy with purchase and service provided, thanks Tent World. Will recommend and return in future for upcoming adventures!

After doing my research on vehicle awnings I decided to contact Tentworld at Nailsworth. My first contact was with Ross on the phone and he was very helpful and confirmed that the item I wanted to purchase was available. I drove from Aldinga Beach to store to have a look at the awning on display and Ross was very helpful. As he was a new employee he introduced me to the assistant store manager whose product knowledge and advice gave me the confidence that my purchase was exactly what I needed. I then had the pleasure of meeting Ebony (Store Manager) who helped me get the awning into my van. She was very friendly, professional and her customer service was exceptional and it is obvious now why the staff have the same approach. I will definitely make the long drive back to see the Tentworld team at Nailsworth when I decide to add walls etc. to my awning. I highly recommend Tentworld Nailsworth for product range, knowledge and customer service!

We had a great experience with Tentworld, purchasing a high quality sleeping bag on sale and a second one too. We received incredible service both over the phone when the staff member offered to put the sale item and hold, and in store where a staff member even helped us out by selecting a box for the book week costume we were going to make that weekend!

We bought a dome tent months ago which had a slightly faulty frame. We recently went back to see what could be done. They gave us a full refund. Not what I was expecting. They have won our loyalty.
