They really go above and beyond. They were able to help with our all our camping needs. I purchased the Oz Fast Frame Dusk 10 Blackout tent, 4 Sleeping bags and 4 of the Awesome Zempire Monstamats. If you need anything I would highly recommend TENTWORD prospect.

Trevor was super helpful, we had an Oztrail tent that needed repair and he provided us with a spare frame he had in the back and gave us everything we needed to fit it. Would recommend coming here if you needed any professional help for your camping trip!

I would like to thank tentworld for your excellent customer service. I had a damaged tent and with a few emails was able to get a brand new replacement sorted. Minimal fuss or effort on my behalf. Good old fashioned service that you don’t see anymore. The staff helped us with spare parts for our marquee which saved us from throwing out an important and expensive piece of camping gear. Highly recommend them!

Went to their website a couple of days ago looking for an Oztraill fiesta deluxe 2.4 m gazebo as my brothers-in-law had brought one to Henley Beach for our Xmas day lunch and it was an easy set up unlike our outdated but much loved and used, Coolaroo.
Tentworlds website is a bit confusing as I'd found the gazebo that I wanted but they only had it in pale yellow. Not my first choice but for $99 on special, I was more than happy to snap it up.
Sent an email, as they were closed, asking for them to set aside the gazebo for me and got a reply saying they don't do this and was referred to a number to call that appeared to be a Qld one or to contact my local store, Nailsworth, S.A. to reserve the gazebo.
Anyway, called the Nailsworth store on 28/12/20 and spoke with Daniel who was very helpful and he explained that I had accessed the national warehouse site and why they can't reserve items.
He set aside a gazebo for me to collect as there were only two left. Bonus was it was red, not pale yellow. I later went and got it and Daniel's customer service was as it was on the phone, A1. He's a credit to your business.
