First time in Austin Texas and it couldn’t have gone any better! My experience at True Food kitchen was unmatched compared to the other restaurants we’ve tried. What made this experience so special was the relationship we built with our server Ellie. All of her recommendations were outstanding along with the drinks which were out of this world. She went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were her only table even on a super busy evening. I highly suggest if you are ever in the area to give True Food a try and be sure to ask for Ellie!

Such a beautiful and clean restaurant in the inside. The service was all amazing from the hosts to the servers to the chef who even brought out one of my meals. If you are looking for some tasty and healthy food in Austin with vegan/vegetarian options look no further!!
I even had to order twice in my short trip because the vegan mushroom and spinach pizza was top tier. The caramelized onions were sooooooooooo good nomnomnom and the vegan ricotta was the best I’ve had. Even the crust was a standout and I devoured every crumb—you could taste the yeast which was a positive for me as weird as that somehow feels to type.

We frequent this restaurant and have not been disappointed. They always use fresh ingredients, and dishes have color, texture, umami, freshness, and goodness. The appetizers, bowls, salads, and entrees are all good.
I love that they have sparkling water on tap, and iced teas are tasty and refreshing.
We love this place for brunch, lunch, and early dinner.
