Our third delicious dining experience at this True Food demanded a review. High quality food and and top notch service are undetachable from this restaurant. When the restaurant ran out of an ingredient for its lasagna, the general manager, Shawn, couldn’t have been more accommodating, and brought out a substitute dish specially made for us. We were given a gift card to this restaurant for my birthday, and I must say it's one of the best restaurants I've been to in Austin.
The staff is super cool and friendly. Need a recommendation for food? They've got you covered with mouth watering descriptions. How about a drink? Just tell them what you're into, and they'll point out something along those lines, or just make it how you want it.
If you care about decor, the place is beautifully designed with a lot of natural light in the day, with the floor to ceiling windows. Also, the location is awesome. There's lots to walk or scooter to around, including an awesome looking coffee shop, or Trader Joe's.
Try the cauliflower if you get a chance, it's divine!

True Food Kitchen is one of my favorite places for eating healthy food that feels like just straight up fine dining! They offer anti-inflammatory foods, as well as some vegan/vegetarian options, one or two Paleo diet options, and organic food for everything. They're also a really great place to host your birthday party!

We went for a quick dinner before a family event. Service is attentive and careful of any food allergies or sensitivities. We had the chicken satays, hummus and pita, poke bowl and margherita pizza. All was tasty. Prices are decent and the atmosphere is lively (a bit loud) and open air—we had a bird dive bomb us! Highly recommend this place for its fresh ingredients and prompt service!

This is literally the best restaurant to get healthy options. Everything is so fresh and tasty. I had the burger with gluten-free buns and tasted better than regular bread! Then, we finished our meals with the squash pie. I was not sure at first but the first bite of it was just divine! Great job! Thank you for providing great food!

Went here 2x this weekend and pretty much go every time I am in Austin. Great service, great food and great ambiance. Location is also unbeatable. I like the edamame dumplings and the ancient grains bowl with chicken. I also have had their turkey burger on numerous occasions and it does not disappoint.

This was the first time I had ever been to true food kitchen. It was based on a recommendation from my son. I ordered the ancient grain bowl with shrimp and it was unlike anything that I have ever had before. I highly recommend this dish because of its flavor and also it was quite large. I can only assume that the other entrees on the menu are just as tasty.
