I had the hummus as an appetizer and it was probably the freshest hummus I’ve ever had, PLUS the cucumbers, olives, and onions were pickled in this amazing, delicious marinade. The salmon was equally as good with the quinoa being the STAR of the dish for me (which says a lot since I don’t like quinoa much). 14/10 for freshness, FLAVOR, and style.
