This was my first visit to True Foods. The atmosphere was enjoyable and great service. I went because of their gluten free options. I was not disappointed. The curry was amazing as well as their new gluten free pie.

The place is fantastic. I loved my ancient grains bowl with tofu. My wife had the egg sandwich which was also great. The kids meals were not very kid friendly. I'm not looking for a happy meal of course but they were pretty adult. I can't really blame them for that though.

I'm pretty sure this is a chain, by the vegetarian options were delicious and fresh. The pomegranate mule was a little on the sweet side, so avoid it.
