We bought a 150 Watt Bescutter Co2 laser and are very happy with the lasers performance and Bescutters customer service. Set up was easy and their customer service was easy to reach and quick to respond with any questions we had. We have been able to do much quicker and cheaper product prototyping with this machine, and think of new things to do with it daily. When we are ready to purchase a larger fiber laser system we will go to Bescutter because we can trust that they will provide the best quality equipment and service we need for our company. I bought the BESCUTTER VERSA 52"X36" CO2 LASER CUTTER ENGRAVER 150W OPTIONAL CCD CAMERA about a year ago from Bescutter and could not be more happy with the service and quality of the machine. I had some technical issues and Shuming sent his Tech man Jackie over and he adjusted everything for me. Becutter keeps parts and laser tubes in stock. Mine blew on another machine and they had some in stock and got to me the same day. Great service and they keep their word. I highly recommend Bescutter! I have two metal cutting lasers and I have worked them very hard in the last 4-5 years. There has been minimal issues, especially for how much they have cut for us! We purchased a 5’x10’ CO2 laser from Bescutter two years ago. The machine has run 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with not a single issue. We have owned seven laser machines over the years. Some have been more reliable than others. What sets the Bescutter apart from the rest, however, is the level of service we receive. When we have a question about settings or software, mechanics or spare parts, the response is prompt and thorough. We never walk away wishing we needed more information. Highly recommended.

Bescutter has has given us the ability to enter the fabrication world with their fiber bed & tube laser. It hasn't been without struggles but they are supporting us through the troubles, struggles, and learning curves. We are creating and producing parts that we would not have been able to do otherwise on a limited budget.

I love my laser from Bescutter! I was having trouble aligning and Shuming went above and beyond to help me....he even drove over an hour to check out my laser to make sure everything was running correctly (luckily I live close). He was very patient with me. While he was working on it I noticed he always answered his phone and even FaceTimed with customers. I highly recommend!
