Had technical issues with my new laser. Carlos and Daniel remotely accessed my computer and walked me through many set up issues and calibration. Very friendly and professional! solved all my issues with one call and remote access! Thanks for everything gentlemen

I'm new to CO2 laser. I purchased mine in April 2021. The laser came on time as promised, got it set and created a ticket with technical support, with in a few minutes I received a call from Daniel, he was very knowledgeable and help me start and set up my laser. I have reached out to technical support 2 more times and they get back to me with in minutes. I absolutely recommend bescutter laser.

I have been using a CO2 Laser machine from BesCutter for about a year. I decided to put my honest review after 12 months of constantly using my machine. First things first, I do trust this brand and I’ll buy another machine not just because they are well constructed but also their customer service is above and beyond! They are very responsive, well-trained, very knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this brand! These machines used to be very expensive (I am talking about many years ago) but now you can own them at a very affordable price and still as precise and powerful.

BesCutter' s CO2 service manager Nelson reached out immediately after the issue was brought to his attention and had a service Tech at my facility first thing the following morning to address the issues with my machine. We used a CNC Plasma cutter for 6 years. I was at a shop I do business with and saw their fiber laser. I contacted their rep and purchased a 1500W laser. I cannot say enough good things about this system. It cuts amazing, no more post processing like we had with the plasma system. I would highly recommend doing business with BesCutter.

Drove over to bescutter today it was a 2 1/2 drive for me and it was well worth it. The gentleman there was so knowledgeable on laser products and solution of my difficult situation. Bestcutter.com is a role model on how companies should run/operate. The laser cutter/machine that I purchased from Bestcutter is simply amazing (simplified my work tremendously providing consistent results and excellent quality). Solid built machine (CMA1610-F-C), purchased for very reasonable price and their overall customer service is second to none. The personnel at the company (at all levels) are very professional, competent, and always willing to provide excellent technical assistance. It is very rare these days to find a company that has this level of integrity and back up their product. Luis and Carlos (setup techs) did an amazing job finalizing the setup on my machine (running flawlessly). I can see why the company has perfect reviews, I personally wouldn't want to deal with anybody else in the industry. I'm a bit sad as I understand that Bestcutter is relocating from FL to TX but assured they'll keep support tech here in FL which is awesome.
