BesCutter support is second to none. If we have an issue or question their response time is minutes. I would recommend anybody that's in the market for an affordable yet quality laser table to buy a BesCutter unit. We are contemplating the purchase of a 300 watt 4x8 table now.

While researching laser machines we requested some information from Rose Graphix. They responded immediately with very detailed information and helped us make a quick decision.
