Since I bought my laser, I have had several problems with it and have had to contact tech support several times and they have ALWAYS helped me in a timely fashion, and have helped me in ways that I would have never figured out on my own. Yesterday I had a problem and I requested the gentleman's name so that I could let management know what we, out in the field, are receiving from your technicians. He was gracious enough to let me know that his name is Daniel Rengifo, and he seemed to go out of his way to help me, and I am sure that he does the same with his other clients. I can't thank him enough, and I can't thank you folks enough for providing sure wonder tech support for us out here in the field. Daniel and whoever else I have talked to have made having my Bescutter a pleasure by knowing that I can trust yall to keep my laser running. I don't know about other lasers but with people like Daniel helping me, I have no intentions of ever buying another in the future unless it is a Bescutter laser. I am sold on your product because of the quality, but mainly due to your tech support taking the stress and guess work away from me so that I can get the most use of what my laser was built for. Thank you so very much and even though I tell them, please let your technicians know that we do appreciate their hard work, and Daniel is certainly a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again!
