I have been a customer of bescutter for over 5 years. For all those years my laser machine has been running constantly, helping me generate income for my small business. Whenever I have an issue with the laser, their tech support team is just a phone call away to help me get the laser back up and running with minimal down time. Recently, Nelson and Daniel were a great help. They led me through the steps to diagnose the problem and find the replacement part ASAP. Don’t hesitate to go with bescutter, very satisfied with their products and customer service.

This company offers good quality equipment at a reasonable price. The assistance and technical support is punctual and efficient, they respond and resolve doubts and inconveniences.

Hello fellow laser users, I don't usually write reviews but this one I find worthy!!! My laser stopped working all of a sudden with a BIG JOB to do, I have had bad experience when I call customer support in other companies but I gave it a try and called BesCutter support, they answered the phone right away and they referred me to Daniel. So I opened a ticket and Daniel contacted me in a few minutes and he didn't stop until my laser was working. I call that Great Service. If you have problems with your laser call Daniel he won't stop until your laser is working again. Thank you Daniel

I had a problem on Saturday 10pm with my co2 laser. Daniel responded immediately and was able to get me back and running. The steps to check were clear and detailed with color images and how to perform the checks. I am grateful and impressed with the responses. BesCutter has one great employee.

Sunday and I needed help setting up for some material if never cut before... got help within a few minutes and parameters dialed in quickly and accurately for not only one but two different thicknesses of the new material. Thanks for the quick response and accurate settings. Makes the most of the machine.

Within 10 minutes of submitting a ticket, I had someone dedicated to me on a chat, that I could send pictures to and get immediate feedback from. Had an issue with our CO2 laser and within minutes i had Daniel contact me and walked me thru finding the cause then how to fix it. easy, so very helpful, and super fast. I was putting off fixing it as we didn't have the time for our machine to be down but Daniel had me up and running within less than an hour.. Wish all my issues could be fixed this fast.

We recently purchased a 1500W Fiber laser from this company. Their customer service is the best we have ever received, they even helped us trouble shoot machines that aren’t from them. We will only be using them for any personalization machinery in the future. Very professional!

I have recently purchased a secondhand CO2 laser and unfortunately it wasn’t working properly I reached out to the company for help completely willing to pay knowing it was out of warranty their tech support team has gone well above and beyond helping resolve my issues and could not endorse this company any further simply the best I know there are other companies selling similar machines with horrible tech-support even when in warranty.
