It is understandable that everyone makes mistakes. However, as a new or existing client, it is crucial to be aware of Beth’s behavior. She may attempt to overstep boundaries and be dismissive when you attempt to explain errors made by their company. Fortunately, I had a series of emails that documented the information I tried to communicate with her. I am uncertain whether her behavior stems from her perception of my accent, leading her to believe that I am uninformed. Her rudeness and dismissal were unacceptable, and I am perplexed as to how Dorothy permitted her to interact with clients in such a manner. In contrast, Dorothy is highly professional and consistently strives to provide comprehensive explanations. This experience has left me feeling disrespected, and I firmly believe that her behavior was rooted in her perception of my accent.
