Okay. These 3 stars are really 5. If the firm sees this and wants me to remove it, for their great service I will comply with what they feel is best. Some may ask me, "why mark 3 stars if you feel it's a five." Well, I'll tell you. If I do research on a place, they say if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Mott & Gendron Law, if I compare them to others around Harrisburg, they have absolutely ZERO negative reviews. That to me just seems fishy. Why? People are typically more likely to leave a review when they are upset and not give credit when they're happy. They figure "I'm happy, can't I leave it at that? Uggh, a survey.......fine......" I don't know why society is that way, but it is what it is. Considering what I just said, the first filter I hit is "lowest" when researching any place. People, if they truly feel upset, they will share and try to avoid someone else feeling the way they did. Me as a viewer, if the negative review says "why did a tradeline get closed if it was not included in the petition?" That's not the firms fault. I can overlook the reviews that say more about the Karen writing it than the place they are reviewing. The firm did the petition. Nothing more, nothing less. They fullfilled their contract and can not control external banks. If I see a Karen in the "lowest" section, I see it as a verification to everyone but the un-pleaseable Karen. That makes me call the 5 star business up to hire them. When I had a concern about my process, I asked, and they knew right away with back-up/ creditble legal facts. The legal system has many loopholes, and the firm has no control of that. Creditors will do what's best for themselves, reguardless of how good a bakruptcy attorney like these folks are. So, this means if another viewer does what I did and hit "lowest" this review will pop up. Then, I encourage anyone to read the 5 star reviews, because every one of them is deserved. Be happy and healthy everyone. Just know this place will get you through your tough time and they want nothing but a 5 star life for their clients.

Did great job filing bankruptcy, but after 4 years I have one of the creditors trying to collect the debt and put on my credit that was filed in bankruptcy and the person I talked to acted like they have no idea how to handle someone trying to collect a debt that was in bankruptcy. I am not a lawyer and paid them to help answer questions. Just said you would have to reach out to credit borough for help that they wouldn't know anything about that. Obviously credit borough isn't going to setting a bankruptcy dispute. Now I have to find another attorney to help resolve issue.
