We had to file bankruptcy chapter 13 due to various reasons and also in the middle of a divorce. This attorneys office was amazing and dealing with the trustee and getting us the lowest payment possible and helping us to get our debt in order so that we can proficiently pay our bills. The entire process of filing bankruptcy felt very surreal to me. It started with an inquiry and then all of a sudden I was in front of the attorney. Kara made me feel very comfortable as a person who all of a sudden was faced with this decision to file bankruptcy or not. She made me feel comfortable professionally as an attorney who is well versed in how these things work and where I stand with my situation. I was referred to Attorney Dorothy Mott’s office to handle some legal issues regarding some personal assets and debts. They were able to educate me of the process and get the job done. I came to know the daughter Mrs. K Gendron along the way as well she was very helpful as well! If I forgot something and had to call for redirection none of them made me feel inadequate when I had to call a second time. They were all always courteous, professional, and accommodating.
