The office and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with the whole bankruptcy process from beginning to end. They are able to answer all questions including “those people that collect my money” when you can’t remember they are the “trustee”. I’m glad I don’t need Mott and Gendron’s services anymore as of today but I am extremely happy with the excellent service and experience the office provided.

Kara Gendron was awesome to work with. I had called to ask questions and to get a sense of the bankruptcy process because of my pending divorce and my wife's actions to file. She explained very well what could/could not happen and what impact it may have on me. I did not have all the information on my initial call but was told to call back and she would do a quick review and provide me with guidance.
She did exactly that. She provided me with the information I needed and allowed be to have a sense of security as I went through the process. She also did not pressure for a retainer and told me straight up what a fee could be for consulting if it was needed. In the end, she ended up doing it for free. Thank you!
