I was being sued by an aggressive plaintiff/lawyer which led to personal bankruptcy. Thankfully I was referred to Dorothy. She is very personable and professional. My bankruptcy should have been a fairly routine process but unfortunately it turned into a nightmare. A particularly aggressive creditor contested every step of the way. Dorothy fought for me in every instance. She kept me informed to each step in the process and was very comforting during one of the most emotional times of my life. She went above and beyond what I was expecting during the nearly 5 years she represented me and my interest. She is simply the best I could have hoped for in difficult period in my life.

I want to start by saying I highly recommend this office. I have never been to an office that upholds the professionalism time and time again especially in this day and age, people/businesses are getting very relaxed. I knew Mott & Gendron Law was the best because my mom used this office many many years ago and they are outstanding (I can't do anything but rave about this office) if you have questions at anytime of the day they will answer them of course during business hours but if you send an email they will answer you. Beth is also great, thanks for the reminder. Kara is Awesome as well. I would give 10stars if I could

For 5 years , attorney Mott and Gendron have been thorough with the bankruptcy process and have been so helpful and responsive with any of our questions or needs.
