Best used car dealership experience I’ve had by far! I inquired online of 3 different car dealerships and Big Island immediately reached out to me. The other 2 dealerships called but sounded half interested, one of them said he was going to call me back but never did. Don & Brandon were absolutely professional! Exactly the honest qualities of a father-son example missing today. As having a Sales Professional career myself, the way these folks conducted themselves inspires me to be better in how I treat people. Brandon was totally attentive to my needs and also listened to my hour long education of where I am originally from. Long story short: Their family values along with their Aloha Spirit exposes the need for 10 star reviews. I will definitely recommend this used car dealership over anybody. Very friendly service, they won't pressure you to buy anything you're not happy with and they stand behind their merchandise. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed to love my vehicle.

Big island used cars whole team was very helpful and patient with me the whole time I was trying to get me a car. A vehicle that I’ve been searching for suddenly became available.I called them as soon they opened and was greeted with warmth by Michelle.
